How can I order Songbird Clear? Can I order online?
Songbird Clear is currently only available at select CVS locations. Find a store that carries Songbird Clear by using our store locator.

What kind of batteries does Songbird Clear use?
Songbird Clear uses size 312 zinc air batteries (often sold as “hearing aid” batteries) that can be bought from any drug store.

Why do you have a replaceable earpiece for Songbird Clear?
Wax build-up can eventually cause a hearing device to fail. With other products, this can result in costly repairs or complete replacement. For your convenience, Songbird Clear has been designed to allow you to easily replace the earpiece without these hassles or expenses.

If after ongoing use you find that inserting new batteries and cleaning the tip do not restore normal volume levels, then it may mean you need to replace the Earpiece.  The Songbird Clear Earpiece can be purchased directly from Songbird Hearing.

How do I insert and remove Songbird Clear?
When ready to use, remove the device from the blister in the package. Use the finger grips to open the two portions of the device. Remove visible tab on the 312 battery and gently insert the battery into the tray in the lower portion of the device. Turn the device ON to the desired volume by rotating the volume control up from the red line (OFF) to 1, 2, or 3. Place the body behind your ear, with the cord hanging in front of your ear. Grasp the tip handle and slowly push and wiggle the tip into your ear as far as it will go.

To remove your sound enhancement device, while the tip is in your ear, grasp the body and gently take it off your ear. Then, grasp the cord as close to the tip as possible and gently wiggle the tip out of our ear.

How do I replace the battery?
To replace the battery, simply open the device and remove the battery. Use the finger grips to open the two portions of the device. Remove the visible tab on the 312 battery and gently insert the battery into the tray in the lower portion of the device. Make sure that the “+” side (flat side) of the battery is facing up. Once the fresh battery is inserted, close the two portions of the device and the device will power up once the Volume Control switch is turned on. Is there a warranty?
The main body of the Songbird Clear (excluding the earpiece) is warranted for 90 days after the time of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship and to perform within published specifications. If, through no fault of your own, the device stops working within this 90-day period (parts, materials, or workmanship), Songbird will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.

This warranty is void if: (a.) defects in materials or workmanship or damages result from repairs or alterations which have been made or attempted by others or the unauthorized use of nonconforming parts, (b.) the damage is due to abuse, improper maintenance, neglect or accident, (c.) the damage is due to use of the product with improper accessories.
