Technical Information

The Songbird flexfit™ provides smooth amplification over a wide range of frequencies. The amount of amplification varies with frequency and input level -- more amplification is needed for soft, high frequency sounds than for low frequency or loud sounds. The flexfit provides greater emphasis on the high frequencies, which is particularly helpful for people with mild to moderate hearing loss in distinguishing words during conversation.

Important Medical Information
Hearing loss can be a symptom of a more serious medical condition or the result of excessive wax build-up. A physician can treat these conditions. If you have not already done so, the makers of Songbird Digital Hearing Aids suggest you should consult your doctor to rule out any of these medical concerns.
