Our Belief

At Songbird, we believe our products represent the easiest and best way for people (and their loved ones!) to take control and improve hearing - on their terms - without sacrificing quality or comfort.

Our History

Songbird Disposable Hearing Aids were invented by the Sarnoff Corporation in Princeton, New Jersey (formerly RCA Labs), the same technology lab that has created some of the world's leading consumer technology innovations, such as HDTV and Digital Satellite TV.

The Sarnoff scientists who developed Songbird believed then, as we do now, that a hearing device shouldn't need to be expensive and difficult to both purchase and maintain. They went to work on something different -- a device that could be high-quality, affordable, and easy to get and use. The disposable hearing aid was born.
